What’s your shipping schedule?

I usually ship orders every Friday. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there. 

Do you ship internationally?

I do mostly! International orders can be purchased through my Department Store shop here. Not everything is available internationally, as shipping has gotten quite expensive during covid, so I’ve curated accordingly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order times vary depending on location. Typical order times are listed below, but please note that, while I ship out orders every Friday, it is up to our cherished USPS to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Domestic US shipping usually arrives within 7-10 days

Canada orders typically take 2-4 weeks

International orders can be purchased through my Department Store shop here.

It has been 4 weeks and my order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

What is my tracking number?

You can find the tracking number for all orders in your shipping notification email. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as emails will often appear there.

My tracking number says that my item is in transit, what do I do?

Shipment tracking is tricky and the Postal Service will often miss a scan. Please note that your order is likely on its way. In the event that it doesn’t arrive in a timely manner, please email me at hello@jordankay.com

What is your return policy?

I do accept returns, however I’m a one-woman-show and every order matters immensely to me and provides me money to live! That said, you will be required to pay the return postage. If you need to return or exchange an item please email me at hello@jordankay.com and we can figure out how to keep everyone happy together:)
